We invest heavily in personal development, training each of our staff with Customer Service NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3. Once they're trained we really strive to hold on to our employees, keeping them in their respective roles and helping them grow and develop. We have one of the best staff retention rates in the industry!
We always make sure our Operators are trained in the specific client's needs, so that they are full prepared for the calls that come in from your customer's. We devote time and energy into the handover, encouraging the client to visit our offices and help with a seamless handover- this really helps us get to grips with exactly the service we need to deliver. It also gives you peace of mind and a feel of who you're working with when you invest in our services.
Zoom is based in the centre of Cambridge, where we can deliver a 24 hour live service- calls answered by a real person, 7 days a week including all of the bank holidays. We can also offer a "Business Hours" service, where we answer calls Monday-Friday from 8.45am - 6pm, with a voicemail to collect calls after hours.
