We recruit from Customer Service backgrounds and then train all our Zoomettes in Customer Service NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3, which means they never sound flustered, monotone or robotic, but are always friendly, helpful and on top form! Once we’ve trained them, we do our best to keep our staff - we invest in people, which is why we have one of the best staff retention rates in the industry. The training is also client-specific, so they’re always ready to take your calls and answer in the way you’ve specified. We welcome you to come and train us yourself in the way you want your calls handled to provide a seamless handover that gives you full control.

The service provided can be entirely tailored to you, so however you want your calls handled, we can do it. We’ll train each operator in your services or products to allow us to ensure your clients or customers never know they’re talking to a third party.
