We treat your business as an extension of our own, so it will always sound as though we work in the same building or office - callers never know they’re talking to a third party. The service we offer is truly personal, looking after your clients to make sure each one feels valued and has all their questions answered. We’re happy to manage your diary, booking in meetings and appointments where necessary, to make sure you never miss out on business and have plenty of time for your customers. We can also do things such as taking payment details and orders, giving directions to your office and managing the response from marketing campaigns.

We recruit our Zoomettes from customer service backgrounds, training them in NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Customer Service. Once trained, we do our utmost to keep them, which is why we have one of the highest retention rates in the industry. All operatives have client specific training so they know exactly how to answer a call for a certain company. We encourage our clients to be part of this process, to help us prepare - simple visit our Cambridge offices to implement a seamless handover of call answering. You can also meet the team you’ll be working with, allowing you to be in full control of how your calls are answered and dealt with.
