On the UP and UP and UP!!

During recent times with news such as: BT to shed a further 15,000 Jobs and Plymouth 118 118 call centre closing with 180 Jobs Lost, you would be forgiven in thinking that the telecoms industry is on the down turn.

In Fact at Zoom Answer Call we are busier than ever with average calls inbound nudging 1000 calls a day!! Not to mention our outbound calling.

Over the last month, due to our ever-increasing customer base we have employed 2 full time Customer service operators to cope with the extra business.
In addition to this we are predicting an all-time high call rate during the Easter half term and already have an Operator scheduled to start at the beginning of this period!

As we grow in size new positions are also filled internally to ensure that we can be the best at customer service, for example in the last 3 months we have filled a new Call centre supervisor position and for the first time we have employed a dedicated trainer to constantly monitor our service levels and set targets for our staff.
