Can’t get to the phone?

Did you know that according to research the average time that someone will wait for an answer on the telephone is about 20 seconds? After that their patience will evaporate and they will hang up.

Worse still is being put on hold. If you regularly use the phone for business you may experience the acute agony of being put on hold. You never quite know how long the holding process might take so you have one of two choices…you can put the phone down and try a different service or you can settle down with a cup of tea for a long wait.
