We don’t believe in answering machines

Telephone answering machines may bring the worst out in some people.

You may urgently want to communicate with a business colleague or place an order for some bit of kit that you can't do without for much longer, but all you get when you call is an impersonal voice informing you that they're unavailable, and will get back to you if you leave your name and number. Telephone Manner

When we answer your calls, we speak to your customer's as though they were one of ours - treating them with respect, being polite and friendly. Telephone manner is exceptionally important in business, especially if most of your business is conducted over the phone.
